reporting a 0.8kg gain this week, or should i say in the last 2 days. I know exactly where that came from and it's going! thanks for the concern bbelle, gonna go to work today though as I think now my body is resisting hte sleep - I slept most of yesterday and had a very disturbed night last night so a normal day should put me back on track. soory about hte placement bails, i hope something else comes up!

A three quarters of a pound loss this week (it sounds more likethat than a 0.75lb loss).

Hugs to all the poorly people and positive vibes to all the people who are having difficult decisions to make.

    Morning everyone.
Reporting in on this dreary Tuesday morning with a 1.6lb loss :j
Which is surprising considering Saturday night :rotfl: and the creme egg that I ate last night!

Bails hope you manage to find something while out there.

ANYWAY I have a wedding on the 2nd August and would like to have at least shifted past the 1 stone mark by then.

CAN SOMEONE please kick my butt every day to keep me on the straight n narrow so that I can have a good loss for next weigh in. deadhorse.gif

Hi everyone. I was totally full of energy earlier and was singing and dancing while doing stuff in the kitchen and am now totally drained and feeling yuck. Got caught in the rain while walking the dog as well which prob didnt help. Am about to take a painkiller for a yucky headache and going to have a break from work until after dinner.

Food today has been scrambled eggs on toast, a banana and a funsize/small milkyway and dinner will be chicken risotto made with sundays left overs so very MSE. If I managed to lose 1.5lbs this week then all my holiday weight would be gone which would feel great but I dount thats very achievable as even thought I havent eaten too badly I havent tried extra hard and sunday was a gorgefest. Would like an ickle loss though (I say this a lot...). Including tomorrow I have 5 weigh ins before I go home for a "friends/family/food and booze" weekend so I would like to get 5lbs off by then as well as do a shed load of work so motivation needed in all areas of life!

Well done to all losers so far and good luck to the rest of us for weigh in tomorrow!

    hey guys :D

Im totally hungry and i dunno why. I shall ignore it!

Im reeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyy excited because i graduate tomorrow :D:D will be really cool to see some people i havent seen for awhile and to look dressed up for once!

anyway, better go, got the auntie and uncle over in 15 and you need to mentally prepare! Its two hours of my auntie going on about how she cant do this, how shes been to the hosptial/doctors and they wont put her on this and they will on this. Its exciting stuff. I swear shes the reason i never go to the doctors
