Bails that just isn't big enough .... where is the bathroom? Where would you put your suitcases? I went camping - once - but there just weren't enough sofas and comfy chairs. Why not take KPC's advice and take a medieval bed?

It's amazing how carrying something everywhere you go heightens your priorities :rotfl:Although you could've hit on something there Granny, carrying a medieval bed would certainly do the WL trick! :D If only I could apply the medieval bed analogy to carrying excess weight around too eh? And on that note, it's a not at all surprising 1.5 lb gain for me this week.

Well done to everyone this week, apologies for letting the side down but Missy has given me special permission to store fat ;)

KPC, Nepal came about as it was one of the places OH had an interview for and we got so excited about a return to the Himalayas (OH lived in Nepal for 6 months, I led an expedition to the Indian side) that even when it didn't come off we still wanted to go there. And from there came the epic that is our planned route home :jOH mentioned last night it may get as cold as -40 :eek:

well done ffm, beanie, hannah, soon, star:T.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=173959170

I hope that works. If not then all I did was typed in the itunes search, "podcasts for running" and selected the robert ullery one. Hope it helps. Not really my kind of music but I have decided to use it to get into the running and then once I'm comfty with the running I will get to listen to some of my cheesy pop! lol x

heyy. finally replying to these :) the link works so going to subscribe now, looks good but dunno if i can stomach running three times a week, yeuch. swanseas lush, thats where we were housesitting though my husband got a bit bored. i liked the beach walks :)

    thank you x
I am a poor student wife now but don't think I can edit username? i study dance and love it though of course, it'll be a career that doesn't earn a lot of money!!

lost 5lbs so far - up to 11lb more to lose i think, will stop if it looks skeletal though dont think that could ever happen!

Hi everyone, was wondering if I could join in with this thread. I've finally decided that its time to lose the 1.5stone I put on while I was at uni I'm currently 11st 6lbs and am aiming for 10st.

Don't think my diet needs changing too much, just need to cut down on my snacking and find other ways to vent my boredom!

I'm planning on visiting the gym twice a week, and I'm hoping to get a gym membership for my birthday so I'll be able to visit more often then.

I have all he right intentions just looking for some motivation :)

    Nic xx

hey nic_xox! i am like your twin except at uni, not finished :) i started off at 11 stone 2 5 weeks ago and am now 10st 11 - was chuffed with this weigh in today and aiming for about 9 and a half, 10 stone before i start back at uni - we'll see. like you, i eat when im bored, or when im reading :S just try and have ricecakes and fruit now but the odd couple of crisps have been sneaking in soon, mm.

i joined up to the gym on tuesday for a moneysaving £17 for one month and surprised myself by enjoying the session - also aiming for 2 sessions a week tho trying to force myself to get into running... hmm.

we can keep each other motivated if you want :)
