Hello and welcome!! this weeks chart is located at the bottom of page 35.
Good luck with reaching your target & well done with your losses todate xx
Thanks! but I just have a little red X where the chart should be. Maybe it's because I'm at work right now being very very productive and busy...I'll have a look from home!Comp wins 2014: £30 Gu Pud Vouchers0 -

Could be that your work blocks something there to prevent you seeing it. Well done on the weight loss so far, 70 lbs might feel like a lot, but with the right support you can do it.
Thanks BB I think I'm just so stressed atm I'm looking at the negative instead of the positive. Need a kick up the rear I think to get me motivated too. Stuck inside next to the vending machine today, ended up with a bag of mccoys and a marsbar. Then feel bad for eating itWill be good for the rest of the day tho, cos I have a dental appointment for a filling :rotfl:and a polish. Hate eating after the dentist as food always tastes horrible :rotfl:
Think I'm perhaps demotivated because I now know it's unrealistic that i'm gonna lose this 1.5 stones b4 my germany trip in August. Even 1 stone, which i was hoping for, seems like a far away goal in 4 weeks. So guess i'll head for 0.5 stone to make it more realistic, then I won't let myself down4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

Don't know about you but I find that if i just really fancy something naughty and I deprive myself of it it'll build up and build up but if I just have the crisps or the choc then it's out of my system and I can just carry on as normal. I'm an emotional eater too so stress has me reaching for the rubbish, you can't be perfect 100% of the time!Comp wins 2014: £30 Gu Pud Vouchers0 -

lo kimo!
glad that your mum is appreciating you victory, even if she's driving you mad! our it systems are being tightened up at work so don't know how much longer I will have mse! Already lost happy puppy of the day from igoogle and would you believe, bodyoptimise? off out tonight for a thai meal so having a green day and staying as syn free as i can. Mazza, my tactic if i really want something naughty is to promise myself i can have it - the day after tomorrow, and plan for it. Sometimes you find you end up not wanting it in the end. I always always go wrong with instant gratification, because I end up thinking, i've already blown it so whats the point in stopping? and down that road lies the 1kg I've been gaining and losing, gaining and losing . . . . . . .0 -
Morning all!
Hope you enjoy camping in your new tent Bails! Of course it's big enough, your 'living space' is the great outdoors - you only need somewhere to sleep! How about a LW hiking/camping expedition next summer?
Well done to everyone who's pleased with their result on the chart this week, whatever result that may be
Granny at risk of opening a can of worms, IMHO both FFM and Victory are doing 'exactly what maintainers are supposed to do'Also, shame on me I must have missed that you're off on your hols soon! How did I miss that?! Where are you off to?
Alirob I can probably do a quick approx calorie calc for you if you want to post up a sample day's eating - but I'm sure someone here will be along to give you a link to a web calorie counter too. If you want to check how healthy your diet is, look up "Eatwell" - loads of info on there
Welcome Kimonokawaii! Good luck with getting to your target!
Mazza - I think you're right to adjust your timeframe to something realistic. In the long term, it won't matter a jot whether it took you a few weeks longer than you were originally hoping!0 -
Great advice on here today peeps :T
Yes, where are you going Granny, somewhere nice no doubt?
Hiking/camping expedition sounds fun Missy! We're hoping to go to the Hebrides next summer...The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
