BB - thanks for the hugs.

Am feeling a bit more perky now as have scoffed cherries for lunch (ate breakfast late) and arranged a day out at the horse races next week (1 of my dads horses running but its up my way so ive been given the badges for it woo) which should be good. However they will drink and I will be the sober one driving which is a bit sucky but good calorie wise, and means I will be able to justify the inevitably unhealthy meal that will follow!

Reallyyyyyy need to get a move on with uni work as today has been so far spent running around shopping etc and whenever i sit down something else needs dealing with!

Oh god now I'm randomly having choc cravings now! Will have a 116 cal milkyway yum yum!

Welcome to all newbies, stick around and discover that this thread deals with every aspect of the weight loss journey from the practical calorie stuff and dealing with cravings to the emotional side which everyone at some point realises is just as important. Its a great source of support and actually quite good fun at times so join in!

Glad you had a good time VIX , I'm jealous of you seeing diversity!

VICTORY - I absolutely despise swimming in the sea! Love it in a clean non salty/sandy pool but not the sea. Used to enjoy the mucking about in inflatable rings in the sea though but have got grumpier with the sand as ive got older so prefer a nice sun lounger by the pool now. Can you not take yourself off for a few hours and leave her to look after her husband alone and give you a little break? You wouldnt have to go far - just far enough for silence!
