Todays plan for me is

Exercise - [STRIKE]run [/STRIKE] it is raining so heavy that I have done RC salsa dvd at home in the dry instead!
L - chicken, veg & potato
T - chili & rice
Snacks through the day - apple, 1/2 banana, walkers baked and maybe some grapesFollowing :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -
Popping in from work as I'm on my own today..
Vic - hope it all goes well. It's difficult being divided by different family member needs.
Crowbarred myself off sofa yesterday afternoon to wonder down to butchers to get some food in. Ended up treating us to (veggies look away now) to a steak each: I needed a food treat, and probably the iron did me good too and much more healthy than a take away and so quick and easy to cook: kpc - had nigella's mashed lemony cannelli beans you posted a year or two back.Yum. The strawberries and thick yoghurt for pud.
I got butcher to cut up a chicken to so next few evening meals should be simple, which does help me stay on track. Butcher telling me he'll be on 'dine with me' in 4-5 months: they were in filming last week with a contestant. he's a good man and cares a lot obout where he gets his meat from and good freerange stuff.
Beanie - well done of the trike oputing. I appreciate how much effort that probably took to get yourself out there. Good luck with the shorts hunt: I so hate clothes shopping for something specific.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Thanks for the support re shorts & trike peeps.

Hey Guys!!
I've missed you all. I finally have the internet back at my mums so i can now say goodbye to only using facebook on my mobile woo hoo.
So i got my degree result, i got a 2.2 which i am sooooooooooooooooo pleased with. Even though its a bit of a sucky grade i never went into it thinking i would get a degree and to be honest i have NEVER studied business in my life, and to come out with a degree which was 50% tourism and 50% business i think is flipping ace. So for once in my life i am actually pleased and proud of myself and hugely exited. The feeling of it not being worth it has gone because now i feel the education complete box has been ticked!!
I also have my dress for my graduation which looks hot. Really sets off the Beyonce bum off on fire. I do wonder if its a bit too dressy but im going to look for a substitute incase but have that to fall back on if i fail.
I've been going out lots and im proper enjoying my summer! This week ive had about 2 cooked meals, i keep going out or mum takes me somewhere. I could get used to this life!
I hope everyone here is ok, i might look back on a few pages but i think it would take me forever to do more!0 -

VIX - Well done on the degree! You are sounding really positive and happy compared to some of your posts in the past, so looks like things are defnitely paying off and life is going well for you.
Today has been ok so far. Got a decent amount of uni work done but would still like to do some more in the next couple of hours and then have a nice chill night. Got absolutely drenched walking the dog (was wearing a big waterproof coat but bottom half and even socks were soaking!) so am now sitting here in PJ bottoms and having an attack of the munchies. Had a bowl of cereal at 1pm but nothing else today. Have a pasta bake for dinner, with an added chicken breast wrapped in cheese and bacon for OH on the side. Think I will have a slice of toast to keep me going till later. Not a lot of fresh stuff in the house as only got my car back yesterday so have been living out of cupboard/freezer with added bread and milk. Will go shopping and get some fruit in tomorrow, and may treat OH to a not very healthy raspberry and pecan goey out bars (I say bars but I do it in a round tin and slice like a cake) which I can have a slice of as a weekend treat. Ok now I'm really hungry!
VICTORY - all the best with your trip, sometimes families just have to adapt and learn to manage by themselves so dont feel bad about going to help your mum.0
