Managed to do well on the food front yesterday, not so well on the drink front :rotfl:
Had a great night though. It was a MSE outfit. Most expensive piece of clothing was the £25 shoes :rotfl:
Had a nightmare on taxi though coming back. Our firm let us down. So taxi coming back was £60 instead of £26
Hopefully will be off for a run to the park in an hour or so. Need to sweat out some of the alcohol
Hope everyone has a good day.0 -
Finally got near a set of scales and pleased to report a 1lb loss Have upped the exercise this week but my eating went a little odd as I think I have had cheese (the proper stuff) for 6 days this week! Will definitely have to keep the exercise up if I don't want to pay for it next week.0

NMM - hope the bike situation is resolved soon.
Today could be heavy foodwise. Am going to see if OH wants a cooked breakfast in a minute, and if he does I will have scrambled eggs. Dinner later will be the first roast chicken in a while and then I am even making pudding - gah! Dinner tomorrow is extra light though so I'm trying to think of it all evening out.
Have hit the half way mark on my current essay and always feel better when i get to this point so I'm in a pretty good mood today! Have fun all.0 -
Hi everyone, was wondering if I could join in with this thread. I've finally decided that its time to lose the 1.5stone I put on while I was at uni I'm currently 11st 6lbs and am aiming for 10st.
Don't think my diet needs changing too much, just need to cut down on my snacking and find other ways to vent my boredom!
I'm planning on visiting the gym twice a week, and I'm hoping to get a gym membership for my birthday so I'll be able to visit more often then.
I have all he right intentions just looking for some motivation

Welcome Nic.
When you get bored and start reaching for those snacks do something different. Go for a walk, do some housework or gardening. Anything that gets you moving and thinking about something else other than 'oh I'm bored AND hungry'.
Many others on here will give you better advice than me but the main thing is to keep moving. When shopping or at work take the stairs not the lifts.

well, you couldn´t come to a better place:D make sure you start a food diary, write all the measurements down, drink plenty of water, boredome venting with the gym, walking, decorating, taking on a job of some kind, anything to get you up and moving and not eating:D0 -
hey everyone.
Victory: hope everything is ok youre end, think i must have missed most of the story.
Went shopping today in FFM's neck of the woods. Bought some tops from primarni and a bra. Proper tight but it thrusts them forward so no worries. I had a KFC aswell, but that means i dont have to cook
My sodding ear is still blocked. The lady said it could be wax! Dont blimming think so. I am not having over waxed ears. She said wack in some olive oil with warm water into my ear! No way is my cretan 0.5 good quality extra virgin going in. So one remains 50% deaf awhile longer.
I feel a bit dodgy, like ive been out the night before but i havent. Wierd.0 -
Nothing unusual to report for this week, all on track
. Intake 2050 average/day, net after exercise 1514 average/day. 120.8 kms total cycling, 30.4 kms running, one long walk* and some Pilates for a total of 12.5hrs exercise.
I did treat myself to a batch of home make cookies today and ate 5 of them which brought the weekly average up! It was worth it though!
Best of luck next week everyone.
* I only log walking activity of 60+ continuous minutes.0
