White bread has always been out to get me, I fend it off with a star wars light saber:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Everything that's visible and edible after dark is out to get me! That's why I've had to impose the 9pm curfew that MIGHT need to be brought forward to 8pm! I caught myself looking at the clock at 8.50pm then having a handful of raisins because it wasn't yet 9pm! :rotfl:

That's put me as happy being SOTM, I never win anything! And Missy, it is probably better I don't lose too much, but I do have a monitor for it too, as I'm trying to cut down on wheat/gluten and lactose more, if I start to lose too much I go into ketosis and have really sweet breath, so if that happens I'll up the amount I eat by a little to stop it

  • Hello all,

I used to think that chocolate was the worst culprit in keeping my weight up. I've now done a whole 6 weeks without any chocolate whatsoever  and I've hardly lost any weight at all.

So it must be something else. Maybe other cakes or biscuits need to be cut out, I'll allow myself some chocolate, but no other desserts, see how it goes!

Much love to all, and congrats to all who have lost weight! woop woop!

Hi all, I have lost an amazing 2.75Lbs this week.

Off to the South tomorrow morning so I will be having to be very careful over what I eat on the journey. Boredom is a killer when it comes to eating for me.

I also baked some bread for the family then managed to eat three thick slices of it.

Granny I am really aware that because my weighing in is on a Thursday I keep missing the chart. What do you suggest?
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
