Well done vixstar, that is great!!

I had wine and tia maria last night night, mixed with pizza so that is probably ALOT of calories. Although i did work 9-7 on my feet and then on my feet dancing till whatever time cos the clocks went back so i had an extra hour of dancing to make up for it. So who knows, i might have burnt some of the lard off!

Now youve mentioned chinese beanie i want one!!

Vixstar that is brilliant!!! Well done, what a fantastic time! :j:j:j No wonder you're feeling chuffed! Hope you've got a good recovery meal planned?! ;):D

Bails, what a fab achievement to have passed your goal with more than three months to spare! :T

Nyk, another big well done for sticking to your resolve! :D

BB congrats to you too for finding a maintain level that you're comfortable with! I totally agree about going a size up rather than a size down when we're between sizes, it looks so much better IMO.

Everyone seems to have good news so I'll add mine - I achieved a new PB distance in swimming today - 110 x 25m lengths for 2.75km! I did it in just under 1hr 27min. It might have been a bit quicker if I hadn't done a 6.5km run beforehand :rotfl:

vix:j:j:j:jbails:j:jnyk,bb,missy:j:j:jyeah for the fab news and achievements you go peeps:D

We went to chessington today, lovely whilst sunny and great fun but as soon as the sun went it, brrrrr:D we wanted to stay until 8pm but no way,far too cold and we had been on the rides many times by then.

I ended up having to grab something to eat fast because of the dipping numbers and so got ripped off by the horrendous prices they charge for burger king, yuck it was truly awful and my bottom agrees with me:rotfl:if you are going to cheat at least enjoy it but that would not have given it to my dog if I had one:rotfl::D

    Hi everyone,

I've joined food focus this week to try and motivate me further.
It's so hard, I've not been very good this week. I really need to stop snacking, I tend to eat when i'm bored, so I need to find other things to do with my time in between studying and working!!

Everyone sounds very energetic this week! I'm hoping to get to a couple of classes at the sports centre this week, although i'll miss legs bums n tums on Wednesday because I'm going to see the michael jackson movie!! Yippeeee!

Wishing everyone luck for weigh in this week!

    Much love, weesmiler xx

Victory I hate it when you decide to cheat and then don't end up enjoying it as much as you should do when you're cheating. I've done it so many times you'd think by now I'd know it's not worth it and to top it all you generally end up putting on weight.

Please do not mention my post run meal - it definitely wasn't the nutritionally balanced meal that you are supposed to eat within two hours of finishing! But I did enjoy every bite!

    Hello all
Sorry I missed my weigh-in this week, a few problems at home and my mind has been else where. Not been particularly focused but not gained as far as I can see. Looked at food focus tonight and I love the site, how can all that be free, what a great idea. As I am not going to a club I hope this will be the help I need. We shall see. Has anyone else used it regularly, any tips or hints?

I completely agree with this too, well done BB :T

Great achievements this week - well done Vixstar and Missy on sporting success, well done to Vix for getting an extra hour's dancing in and well done to Beanie for the boiled rice :T Whatever we do, it all adds up :T

I haven't looked at Foodfocus, may have a peek.

I realised that it's TOTM too so I am even happier with my WI this week :DGranny, just to say, my total loss is now 5 kg, I'll let you convert that to pounds so it's the same accuracy as everyone else. Thanks a lot. :T

Good luck to everyone still to WI x

ps been looking at Foodfocus, it is a great free tool. Is this what you use Missy for your stats?
