Good morning

I survived day 1 but as I live with a coffee-holic and work from home, I think coffee may be my downfall - I keep counting the cups! I only buy skimmed milk, though, so I guess that could help a bit.
Day 1
B - Bran flakes & skimmed milk, cup of coffee
L - Homemade white bread with hm jam
D - spag bol
S - glass of hot blackcurrant juice
Total of 3 mugs of coffee with sugar & skimmed milk
Exercise = plodding about the garden clearing up after hens & ducks

Todays diet:
Breakfast: Apple lucozade
Lunch: Activia fat free cherry yoghurt, clear lucozade
Dinner: Activia fat free peach yoghurt, apple lucozade.
I think that's adequately varied?! Kidding, I'm full of cold, have a sore throat and can't face real food. Was much better yesterday
B: Fat free cherry activia yoghurt
L: Cous cous, orange pepper and ham salad, an apple, grapes
Small baked potato, small sprinkling of cheese, quorn escallope with cheese and leeks, peppers, mushrooms and spinach. Didn't manage to finish it all though Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

well done everyone who has lost or STS. I have managed to STS after a very naughty (eating wise) trip to Paris. I am back on track and am determined to eat better and exercise more. The only problem was that this morning I found the TV I use for my wii doesn't work anymore:( I need to put a wanted post of Freegle.
I forgot breakfast again today but have had a huge bowl of HM carrot soup.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Good advice though BB. I do find that now im doing 20 odd hours the urge to spend spend spend has taken over
But last month i spent like £150 on bits that are going back because i know i wont wear them so im kinda getting good at it. Its not being boring and dull BB, its being sensible. Im not one of these people who spend all their wages each month and then have to wait to get paid again. Im sensible, and i dont spend as much as i did. This is BB, with food i just dont seem to be able to meal plan, i try but then i forget matt is doing a 2-10 and then it will just be me for dinner and then i'll say we'll have whatever meal next and then its out of date and in the bin. I sometimes wish he had a general 9-5 job just so we can sort it all out nicely.
Is your OH still working at the national trust?0 -
Well, still on light duties at work, which means walking round the office looking for something to do. Can feel the weight slipping back on now that i'm not getting my exercise at work. But doing nothing is leaving me more shattered than doing an 8 mile walk, weird innit. Think it's cos it's just so bl00dy boring at work these days.
Anyhoo the shock of being a STS for a month is hopefully gonna give me the kick up the rear that i need to get started again!!!
Breakfast - Coffee with a splash of 1% fat milk
Lunch - Small Portion of Lasagne n garlic bread
Dinner - Ham and salad sandwich

Mazza are you eating anything else during the day or is that all?
Hope everyone's had a good week
Well done to everyone who's sticking with it, keep up the good work!
I've been on lower cal intake again this week but everything's still much the same, will review it properly after next monthly weigh in.
It's better news on the exercise front, I met my 6-monthly objectives this summer (results are here), so I'm pleased with that.
Also over a month since quitting my diet coke habit

Day 2 for me was OK apart from having a slightly larger portion at dinner time than planned on accounts of not wanting to have to throw it out! (One of my downfalls.)
Breakfast: Bran flakes, small handful of sultanas, skimmed milk
Lunch: Tomato soup with hm bread
Dinner: Lasagna made with egg pasta sheets
Supper: Glass hot blackcurrant juice
2 x tea, 1 x coffee
No sweets, cakes, crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks or biscuits - not even fruit pastilles or liquorice allsorts.
