you sound like you have some lovley plans for this afternoon!

does anyone else find this? i have never been on a proper diet before so im not really sure if this is usual...
in 2weeks ive lost 5lb, but im very very big so shouldn't the weight be coming off a bit quicker? or am i just being a bit impatient?
hope all of you are well and enjoying this lovely weather!!

Thanks Missy, that was Tesco's target, not mine... Today went completely out of the window with 2 impromtu BBQs and lots of wine/beer/cider/vodka. Ooop.s Off to see a friend in Brighton tomorrow and have been promised fish finger sarnies for lunch and lasagne for dinner, so I guess it's back on the wagon on Tuesday when back to work!
N'night!0 -
Thanks missy and beanie. Muscles improved enough to manage a gentle walk yesterday through beautiful ancient woodland with dappled sunshine. Huge shared picnic which was delicious. Shattered after but at least I made it. Legs not too bad today so whatever causued that is calming down, but another insight into what you have to deal with every day beanie: very wearing and hard work!
Tired today and must make it a rest day to set me up for the week. Appetite still a bit all over the place but hope to reign in portion sizes an carbs again today.
Congrats Dinah - lovely news: defnitely made the hill climb worth it:)I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Hello
I looked at Tescodiets. I thought it might be easier - they work out a weekly menu for you, a shopping list, and even deliver your shopping for you!
Well, I looked at it, but decided not. The first week's shopping list there was a packet of Jaffacakes. Jaffacakes, I ask you? Apparently on one of the days in the first week there was one Jaffacake included as a 'treat'. Well, if there was a packet of Jaffacakes in the cupboard, opened with one gone, how long do you think the rest of the packet would last?
Not a good idea.
I've found a lot of help on this site: https://www.weightlossresources.co.uk
