It costs very little to set a Ltd company up and its very handy for these companies to do so. Limited means limited liability, the company has no assets CCJ's dont get paid.;)
If they were just trading then you can sue them personally, so it works for well for them to be a Ltd company!
As for the BPA that's like letting the Fox mind the chickens. They work for the parking companies. We even had a PPC owner on here who confirmed the only thing he ever got from the BPA was an invoice, and the only thing they gave him was a receipt. The BPA is just a club!!
