Hi rare-stuff, no I don't mind you saying, I feel the thread has been helpful in giving me some ideas of what sort of stuff is likely to sell (useful for a newbie). And I did pick up the Fred Dibnah book very cheaply, which I wouldn't have realised would sell tbh:D .

    Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques £33.

I went to the auction last week just to get this book as i saw it at the bottom of a box. Believe it or not it is about trading the stock market..

A few years ago otakars had 'Motley Crues Autobiography: The Dirt' in their bargain bin for £3.

I kept selling copies of it on amazon for about £20 and kept nipping back into otakars for more haha! Sold about 7 or 8 in a couple of weeks.

kriss-boy..that's the way to do it!

I did the same with a biography a year or two back, I was buying it at Asda for £2.73 and selling it on ebay at £7 a time, it was great while it lasted.

I always wonder what biogs sell well, as they are always in charity shops etc.
Halliwell and Posh's are always there... (the books, not the celebs themselves, that would be strange...)
