Even after the £3 outlay from a charity shop I'm making £8 profit. I was quite surprised because I thought £16 a little high as the full price was £21 with Amazon and they wouldn't have charged postage. Still, not complaining it's my first large sale and I've come over all unnecessarily excited.

Sold Looby Loo for £15 - buyer was waiting. Just hope Andy Pandy sells soon too. That's also listed at £15!

Have you ever used greenmetropolis.com to search for cheap books that you know will sell well on amazon and ebay? I have, but you have to know what you're looking for first, usually by checking the 'completed items' box for books and filtering the collection by price.

Just bumping this after having found a book mentioned on here. Definitely worth reading this thread..get the books to stick in your mind. It may take months or even years to come across a particular book, but it might be worth the wait.

Lord Iffy Boatrace by Bruce Dickinson......looked from the cover like it might be a 80s graphic novel, but no, a novel by Bruce Dickinson, and it fetched £15 for me :j

Drama for Learning: Dorothy Heathcote's Mantle of the Expert Approach to Education. The most boring looking book sold within a couple of days for a nice 13.25;

Images of War: British Posters, 1939-45 - 16.00

Handbook of Individual Therapy (Paperback)
by Windy Dryden (Editor). Sounds like the author could do with some therapy for his/her digestion! Sold for 15.00.

Not bad for charity shop purchases.
