Lots of strawberries and rocket too and I won't be able to resist picking the courgettes for much longer.0

Lettuce and spuds amongst others BUT leaving the plant in situ, only taking enough for that day.
Carrot thinnings, perpetual spinach, broad beans, rhubarb. Goosegogs next week.
Everything growing away, only failure is Opal plums, tho more than compensated by overloaded Victoria's.
Gonna be a great year.0 -
You had me going for a minute with the tomatoes! :rotfl:0

Intrigued about the potatoes - not sure when to harvest mine. Got two sorts; Edzell Blue & Something Kidney which I am told are Jersey Royals, They're in compost bags. Planted on 1st June and romping away, with flowers forming. When do you think? (I walk past them every day and it's like having to look at my Christmas presents under the tree - no idea what's in there & can't wait!)0

The most exciting so far have been the globe artichokes, although it's a lot of work for only a tiny morsel!
Aside from that, salad leaves (oriental mix and another with rocket and lettuce), lots of herbs, elderflower cordial and rhubarb (in jam and crumble)!
Looking forward to cracking open the cider we made last year (only a couple more months to wait...!)0 -
