:p:D Sure do! People got in the way. Dogs got in the way. Got a cramp. Got a stitch. Tripped up. Badly marked course (detour). Didn't sleep well/enough last night. Hangover.

    Anyone got any more?!

  • BT & becky dont forget the trusty old 'virus' excuse :rotfl:

I have also started using salt more as I eat very little processed food, never really been a fan of salted peanuts more of a roast fan.

Its not my fault Uk - all my local races are full months in advance - see the royal parks half for example - blimming full of charity runners so no places for the rest of us, BUPA 10 was the same and LM is even worse (but I'll let them off that one) - It drives me mad that if I want to enter anything locally I have to pay through the nose because some guy in a rhino/spiderman/batfink outfit wants to run it...
