3....2 Smashed up cars...
4.. and what must have been some Holywood filming in the center of town...

16.6 Miles - If I'm not mistaken that is your longest run ever isn't it?
You see - you're far fitter in your thirties than in your twenties!:pGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

DiD HP park run yesterday and clocked 24:29 despite heavy legs and opressive heat and humidity. Winner did it in 17:19 Rich
54 runners yesterday. Will sort out a proper race report later on as i'm yet to download the data from the garmin. I do know i was barely over 7 mins for the first mile which was way to fast and the next two were over 8 mins each but never mind. I didn't kow the course is my excuse

Well done KM
We're hoping to do HP on 17th - are you going to do it then??
Rich is still fastest in age group0 -
Nice effort there, KMS - a PB on that course is pretty impressive.:D:D
A little work on the sprint finish might have got you past the older man in front of you though!;);)
And yep, course record now handed over to a more deserving recipient - at least I got the prediction right of losing it at 9:17am yesterday morning.:D:DGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Becky - 17th July? I think not
I highly doubt i'll be in a fit state to run a 5k being its Hull 24 hour the week before.
Rich - The older man was capable of sprinting to finish where as i wasn't. I knew he was there but i couldn't go faster. Also the race started at 9:03 amTHat hill in the middle is a bit of a !!!!!! isn't it

Uk - 16.6 miles with a hangover - well done. Hope you enjoyed your birthday yesterday. _party_
Great running krider - you must be really pleased with 09:52/mile, especially as it was maintained at a steady pace. :T
It was another comfortable 14 miles for me this morning - set out about 07.00 hrs but it was still very hot. Felt really good at 9 miles, started tiring a little at 12 but was still going well at 14 miles - 02:30:36 (10:44/mile).
Happy running everyone:D
