still nice 16m to treat my self in the morning... Till then i might put on the slippers light up a pipe... and put the heating on :D,

Maybe even much up some banana's and drink them through a straw!

I also like the fact I roll in from work back to an empty house.. maybe its all hands on deck to wrap my presents ..

Told them its a pair of GEL-KAYANO 15's or nothing :P... or maybe 14's at a push :P

    Happy retirement..sorry 30's I mean!

I've been out for a 3 miler this morning, started off feeling a bit peaky but improved during the run.

    Have a good day all.

Hi JJ, not seen you around for a little while, hope all is well!:D

Down in London this weekend enjoying the southern weather - Wimbledon 5K this morning and a 21 miler in Battersea tomorrow so the Mansfield half didnt fit in with the plans.

How's your preparation gone and what are you expecting in terms of time?

  • Shame would have been good to meet up.
Iv been doing a good level of training hoping to get under the 2hour mark iv been training at around 9.30 min miles so hoping to get down to 9 mins mile for the race but just to complete it would be nice as its my first one.

Good luck for the 21 miler tommorrow
