Good morning everyone. :hello:
Simply The Hill Conqueror reporting in - I'm having to run all sorts of odd times this week because of family commitments so my hilly run was late yesterday evening. I'm slowly overcoming my hill hatred and even had a chuckle to myself when a cyclist let out a loud f@rt as I ran past her!! Think I must have startled her :rotfl::rotfl:
4 miles - 00:41:08 (10:14/mile) Then back out again early this morning
10k - 01:03:02 (10:07/mile) It was nice to run in the pouring rain - made a change from the recent heat
Hope everyone is running well and making the most of the cooler weather.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
it's friday!!!!
the parents finally returned so i had a diabetic dog free night, and one of the few perks of working for your dad is when you've not slept for 10 days after watchin his pooch, he lets you have a lie in and go to work late
plus it's friday so i finish at 3, OH won't be up til 8 thanks to evil shift patterns, so i actually have time for a walk this aviand a shower, and get dressed up ready for my bro's dj gig (i'm on official paparazzi duty as he needs new pics for his website lol) and then tomorrow i'm seeing take that!!!!!!! ooooooooo it's gonna be a good weekend

wasn't it 34*C at wimbledon the other day??? surely they could use a teeny tiny thunderstorm and then you won't get burnt lolDebt@LBM1=£4050 1st DFD 27/08/09Debt @LBM2 =£14,469.97 2nd DFD 14/03/2018 :T

Its shady anyway so no burning (hopefully
)...but thunderstorms are forecast so who knows...I like running in the rain anyway so no problem to me although it can get muddy sometimes - the icy one was the worst:

Love the photo Becky; the first time that I ran outside there was snow, hail and freezing rain. Anything I've encountered after that has been an improvement - I'd recommend it for all new runners. :rotfl:
pink - I love your smilies - where do you find them all??2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910
