  • Aw Becky, you look like an advert for the mineral water :D

No more running for me this week, am doing a small bit of walking at the weekend, the first "bit" of the Pennine Way, just a little 42 miles ;)

Hope everyone's weekend goes well :)

    Hi
Been out for a half hour run this morning, not sure how far will have to look on mapmyrun. Legs felt a bit sluggish but it is the first time I have been out since GNR.

Inapickle I am running the London marathon for the charity that trained me, so have got one of their 5 places.

Will probably have a quietish month running wise, just try and get out whenever I can whilst clearing out, decorating and then moving into new house in York, in between work, school runs and looking after 3 kids!!

Oh I also got a free technical t shirt :D

Doing well out of free stuff this year - now just need to win parkrunner of the month for one of my courses and get some free shoes ;)
  • :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Becky - you don't believe in playing to the camera do you? That is such a great photo :T

Well done on your freebies; if you consume that lot you won't run out of energy for months :rotfl:

No running for me the last couple of days - I'm still entertaining buglets. I knew that I wasn't feeling any better this morning when I groaned at the thought of running 10 miles instead of rushing about excitedly like I usually do. :( Still, better now than in 3 weeks time and hopefully I'll feel up running 20 miles on Sunday.
