I'm very pleased with today's run as six months ago running 8 miles along this route would have been unthinkable - today it was hard work but achievable. :D:D

Well done on the prizes Rich; you must be chuffed. That was a nice reward for your efforts. :T

Becky - your posts made me laugh - but it's a woman's prerogative to change her mind. ;)

Way to go Hannah - well done on your 6 miles!!!! :D

A nice relaxing run this evening in very refreshing Yorkshire rain.

Nice running, Simply - its a big part of the fun looking back and realising how much you've improved. Good innit?:D:D

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
