Km - the link was in the parkrun newsletter sent last night by email :D:D

Had a nice run today - was pretty tired so ran only 10.2 miles in 1:42 which is oddly 10 minutes/mile exactly!! :p

Been onto the phone, returning number with a letter. If i start in Zone K, morale will be 0 and i may well run the event.

Running past walkers who are 5-6 wide isnt funny, feel like i just want to plough through them.

    Okies,

Im now moved up into the 'White' Zone, whatever that means..

Think that means you can be in pens E-G which are the zone down from mine (B-D orange)...my advice get in pen E and use it as an excuse to run slowly for the first mile or so and then there should be enough room to breeze past peeps :D

Its chipped time anyway so shouldnt be too bad if you have to wait a little at the start!

A gentle 10k for me this morning to check that I had fully recovered from my cold; my legs felt a bit tired by mile 6 but my chest was ok with no breathlessness so I'm happy.

It was still dark when I got up this morning - when did that happen??? It wasn't dark at that time last week!!! It felt like autumn when I set out and it's made me realise that I'm going to need to rethink some of my runs once the dark mornings are here. That'll keep me occupied for a while. :D

It's nice to see there's been some good running going on - well done to tq for the 16 miler.
