My OH uses a liberal blob of vaseline. I have seen some men in races with those small round sticking plasters on. I suppose they would be OK if you don't have a hairy chest.
Thankfully women don't suffer from this. :TSealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Can not beat the old Vaseline... drop on each nipple then a good smothering on the old man and the inner legs..... and yes that is for a run and not some kinky thing i got going on...

Well done Hannah. It sounds like you're still finding it a bit of a chore? You'll start enjoying it for it's own sake after a while.
Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying the running the reason I put that I was glad it was out of the way was because I hadn't had a good nights sleep as my baby has just started with chicken pox. I wasn't expecting to do my run until my sister finished work today at 2pm to watch the boys for me but she was awake early this morning so came first thing which was great for me as it gave me a bit of a break! :TFollowing :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -
I just recalculated yesterday's route and it was actually 11 miles :T :T :T
I should have turned around to head back half a mile before I actually did!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

hello, been working late today/evening so not been able to get out. Off work until next Wednesday now so plenty of hard work to come.
btw I passed my running 'liar' colleague as she was running, texted her to say well done and hasn't responded since I said I was doing the marathon! Odd woman!0
