That pb is 6 minutes off yet!!! Maybe after all the other runs I've got lined up I'll do another 10 miler and grab the pb0

Did a nice 10 miler in 1:34:15 this morning - it was much cooler today and although I was a bit stiff from 3 speed sessions in 4 days it had worked out by the end so I was able to pick up the pace for the last 3 miles
Thats great going Becky. You are steaming back to your previous standard and no mistake! Give it a few more weeks and your PB will be there for the taking.
I'm off for a run tonight whilst DS is at footy training. In summer they do it on a local school field, not at the sports arena where the track is so I can't do a structured interval session tonight but I think I'll see if a little fartlek is in order. I'll see how I feel.
I need a parkrun near me! I want to join in. I think the closest to me is Heaton Park, Manchester, but that is about a 50 minute drive each way for me, which is a lot for a 5k.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Rich - I checked and it really is at least 40 mins for me. Anyway, I have registered but what is the routine on the day? How do they know who is who? Do you tell them your name when you cross the line?Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90
