I always leave my car in gear as well as putting the handbrake on, just to stop it rolling off if the handbrake fails.

Mind you, the danger then is that your wife gets in, starts the engine and the car lurches forwards (not that she's hit anythign that way yet)!

So do i NORMALLY but guess what I didnt do that day:confused:

Hi everyone, thought I'd pop in and attempt to catchup. Lost the will between pages 114 and 115 :D

Rich/Becky, was a pleasure to meet you on Sunday and, according to the Belgrave website, my time was 25:46 which I was pleased with as I assumed I'd be much slower. I was shocked that I actually enjoyed the run, but I'm putting that down to good weather and good company :D The hills didn't put me off either

I relaxed the rest of Sunday which included a bike ride to the Horniman Museum as there was an open air event. Took me over an hour to get there and 20 mins to get back - no sense of direction me, plus I'd left my map at home

I've got no more planned runs til my marathon and there aren't any club races til September, so I'll concentrate on my marathon training which had lapsed a little :o.

Speed session tonight - should be 'fun'.

Hey Poor - you ran really well - put my hill running to shame I have to say!!! And you've leaped to second in the WAVA tables so you better watch out for Uk trying to trip you up somewhere :D

    Enjoy the speed session!
