Well i didnt get to do my run today because I forgot one vital piece of equipment from the GF's, nope not the ipod alias:rotfl: my running shoes. !!!!!! anything except those i could have managed without :eek:. Bloody family, my mum said yesterday 'where are you going to practice' when I told my parents my plans. My brother (who did the run with my other brother and hubbie 3 years ago) said 'I'll believe it when I see you at the start line'. So much for family support, I think I'll stick to my co-runners on here and my hubbie!0

2009 Route & Profile
Race start time is 10.30am from Nant Peris, a free bus service to the start is available from event HQ in Llanberis. Buses will run from approx. 9am onwards. From the start at Nant Peris (300ft) the route follows the A4086 and climbs to the top of the Llanberis Pass (Pen y Pass 1,100ft).
It follows the A498 to Beddgelert (200ft) and there continues along the A4085 to Waunfawr. From here it is a rapid climb to about 1,200ft at Bwlch y Groes (a short length is unmetalled) and then downhill to the finish in Llanberis.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:0
