So, I'm a fancy car with loads of unnecessary fancy trim, and go faster stripes, that don't seem to have much impact on actual speed!!!! ha ha! I get it, just wish the last 5% of body fat would !!!!!! off as fast as the original losses, patience is a virtue eh!

Congratulations to everyone on weight losses etc :-) Just back from an 11mile run (tried to process all the advice I had read on here as I was running) and completed in 9.39min miles my best time yet (my 10mile last week was 9.46min miles- so a small but pleasing improvement). On holiday at the moment, living in the flat fens it has been a shock to system having hills and beach to run- but amazingly my times have been better? (before I came on holiday a 10 mile run would avg 10.28min miles!)
becky_rtw; I will start hunting for some races now- what sort of distances should I be looking for? I am female too-not overly worried about my time for marathon just completing it will be an achievement for me :-) but near 4.30 would be nice-my weekly mileage increases each week- fingers crossed.
