A nice relaxed run this morning just to stretch my legs in readiness for tomorrow's little jaunt. I was a bit concerned when my right calf felt a little tight, but when my right foot also started to lose sensation I realised that this was due to tying my shoe too tightly. Ooops. :D

Well done on the park run mascott; wish they held those around here.

Ha ha - not rude at all, it's a weight training class to music!

I guess it can be rude, they make the guys work at the front, and we did get kept back one week and told off for giggling at their nice bums - the teacher said they're really strict on the men and we have to tow the line too!!!! Oops!

Anyway, cycled to the gym, 1 hrs bodypump, with weights, cycled home, porridge and blueberries - will run later.

So, Wimbledon park run looks tempting for next week then?! Where does it start out? Near the Windmill?

Yep, it starts near the windmill - head for there and you cant miss it!:D

Just got back from a 10 (1:22) - good fun, but feeling a bit worse for wear...still, maybe to be expected:

    Monday: 9.5
    Tuesday: Football
    Wednesday: 7.5
    Thursday: Football
    Friday: Mountain Biking (20mile)
    Saturday: 10 miles.

Nice to see my exercise activity increasing a little again - sadly my cake-eating activity seems to be rising at the same rate :)
