Some interesting reading and links to catch up on- thanks everyone! Has cheered me up this week not a good one for training just stupidly busy/ awkward shifts from dh. Have only managed one 2miler with hangover- was feeling quite rough
Off today to clebrate friends 40th in Kent so probably won't get out till Sunday, but diary is a bit calmer over summer hols so should be able to pick back up pretty soon- think it shows I'm hooked if I'm missing it so much!!

A nice cool morning run with a little light drizzle for me this morning - legs a little heavy from yesterday's hills but a good steady pace.
Thanks for all the links Rich; some really interesting reading material there.

Plenty will do both I would imagine.
But Megan Evans did 24:36 in the Wimbledon parkrun and is their 3rd best ladies 5K runner this year.
Their men's section has 5 sub 15mins 5K runners in 2009 though - so some quite tasty racing likely there.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Oh okay so their mens section is good but the womens is less so - I can run 24:36 (well maybe not at the moment
) so thats good that I wont be last (or if I am it wont be by much!) 0 -
