    I've looked into your fault (and Gamblers) and whilst BT have done some work in an attempt to fix it, this doesn't appear to have helped the situation so I've passed it back to them.

  • Well still no connection since the 23rd July. No call from BT. No call from MAAF. Phone calls to MAAF reminiscent of phoning Tiscali all those years ago & speaking to someone who knows jack sh*t & sounds like they are located in Bangalore. James has kept me informed but nothing seems to be happening. Think I might move my home phone & then cancel my Direct Debit. See if that sparks them into action.

    If you don't give them a month's notice it will definitely spark them to send you a bill in lieu!!

    We've been doing countless things to make sure that we are taken off blacklists and afaik, it's just Tiscali that haven't removed us, but this should happen soon.
