    Shame.

But it still may be of interest to other moneysavers!!
  • Hi Ahll,

Our listing on Quidco is quite new, which is why it's not got any statistics. I think it went live sometime late last week. But it is a £22 cashback offer which is quite good.

If you enjoy wine, we've also got a deal whereby you can get a free case of Virgin Wine through the MSE broadband article here: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-broadband

Here is a link to the wine information page on the Virgin Wines Website (so you can see what you'd get). You'll receive the voucher code for the free case within 28 days of your service going live - but please note that there is a £5.99 delivery charge made payable via the Virgin Website when you arrange for your free case.

Those are the two external deals that I know about that I think are quite good.

    Kind regards,
    Samara

Direct link to the wine offer:

Interestingly, Virgin/Madasafish claim it's worth £75, but MSE Martin (our lover of good food and Bon Viveur) says differently:
roughly the equivalent plonk can be had from supermarkets for about £40

If you have now entered into a second year contract why not ask for the free wireless hardware?

I know Samara would sort it out.

Already have Quentin, thanks, Samara has sorted it but I've not received the equipment yet.(hint, hint;)) Also offered what I consider to be a good deal for my 2nd year. :D

    Hi Samara,

    Having made even more of my hair fall out, when installing anti spyware packages;
have I been wasting my time:

    Know anything about this?

    Harry

(For what it is worth, I have worked with a former KGB trainee, called Oleg; lovely chap, but I'm not sure I would want to supply him with a copy of everything I do. I'm not all that keen on the postie reading my postcards and I do remember some BT staff getting sacked for listening in on Princess Anne's phone call)
  • Hi Harryhound,

Not to worry, Madasafish have no business dealings with Phorm.

    Kind regards,
    Samara

Well the order for Madasafish has been placed today so we will see how long it all takes to get sorted. Also use Quidco nothing tracked as yet but will see how that goes as well.

Note : It was tracked in Quidco within a few days so not bad

I have ben a satisfied madasafish customer for over a year. Until now.

I recently received an email informing me that I had exceeded my usage allowance for February and would be chargesd £2. (Bizarrely the email was not sent to my madasafish email account, but to the webmail address I used when signing up.)

I had not received any message warning me that I was nearing my limit. I've checked both my webmail (including spam box) and my madasafish email accounts - definitely no sign. If I had recived a warning I would have reduced my usage to avoid a charge.

I contacted customer services via the madasafish website asking for an explanation and a reversal of the charge. They replied that a warning email had been sent.

Where do I go from here?
