Hi Carelino,
I apologise for the emails that you've received. We've just moved to a new automated email system and I would assume that those emails were not meant to be sent to you. Please take my colleague's word that you've paid up to date.
I would be grateful if you would PM me your Madasafish username so that I can resolve why these emails were sent in the first place.
Kind regards,
SAmaraMadasafish Customer Care0 -

My friend is thinking of getting broadband with madasafish would people recommend it ?
I can't seem to see how long the contracts are for. Does anyone know ?
Has Madasafish been taken over by BT ?"The time is always right to do what is right"0 -
Hi Ahll,
The standard Madasafish contract is 12 months. However our cancellation policy is not a remainder of contract policy - should you wish to leave early we simply ask that you cover the costs we incurred to get you set up (connection and hardware).
BT Retail purchased Brightview Group back in August of this year. Madasafish is remaining a separate brand.
Hope that helps!
Kind regards,

1. Yes and I've just signed up for another year.
2. 12 months
3. Yes. This was my one reservation about continuing but because we have a direct link on here to Samara it swayed my decision.

Mine was the first venture into broadband and I think it took around ten days.
Unfortunately I was too soon to have the wireless kit, so connected with hard wired supplied router. However, the D-Link equipment MAAF supply is v. easy to set up (I've done it on someone else's pc) and there is a step by step procedure on their website.0 -
If you are interested in quidco cashbacks, you can get £25 for o2 broadband.
o2 give you 100 days to try them out (they charge the same price as maaf max (maaf's basic package), but give you unlimited bandwidth (can be £5/month cheaper if you have an o2 mobile), and get better reviews at thinkbroadband).

If you decide to cancel within 100 days they give you your money back.
Leaving you free to go elsewhere (and then get any quidco cashback available elswhere!)
Should be of interest to any moneysaver!0 -

If you have now entered into a second year contract why not ask for the free wireless hardware?
I know Samara would sort it out.0
