The new advertised pricing is £30 cheaper (yearly) than previously advertised and it's even better than even our CHEAPER deal.

In defence of MADAF
Whilst there are currently some great broadband deals: O2, Sky and Talk Talk, many of us cannot access these deals as our exchanges are not LLU. Therefore if you compare MADAF with BT and these same companies non -LLU offerings, eg Sky Connect is £17, Taltalk is £15 a month, O2 has no option. So if you can access these new deals then great, but if not then MADAF is still good value0 -

Depends how you look at it. You are quoting the first years saving from your previous rates (your yearly prices actually increase in the second year, making the 5gb service £30 more in year 2).
But current customers (ie outside of the first 6 months offer) find that o2 is £30 cheaper than the new MAAF 5gb price, or £162 cheaper than the MAAF 20gb, or £210 cheaper than MAAF 50gb. (Plus free calls to customer services based in the UK). Add £60 to those savings if you have an o2 mobile contract.
What happened to MAAF reviewing (and increasing) the 5gb limit which has often been referred to?0 -

Hi Samara.I don't suppose there is any chance that those of us,like myself, that are paying £17.99 now,can have their monthly rental reduced to £15 per month? my year is not up till July.0 -

Hi Quentin,
There are changes to usage packages being discussed and I expect to see that in the next update of the website. This update was principally price oriented.
Thank you for taking such an interest in our services. Please do let me know if you would ever like any help with your account.
Kind regards

Thank you.
How much will it cost to get a MAC?
I pay £13.99 per month part way through a retention deal.0 -
Hi Quentin,
MACs are free. If you could please PM me your Madasafish username I'll be more than happy to review your account to see where you're at in terms of contract.
Kind regards,

Samara,
Do you have any news on the problem that is affecting some MAAF customers account settings yet ?
I have checked my account again today and it is still wrong, the static ip is not showing as having been activated, the monthly usage is showing both 3.12 GB and 2.91 GB , the difference could easily put someone over the monthly limit.
You said in a pm to me earlier this week that this was linked to Plusnet, why have they not sorted it out yet.
This along with the comments above regarding cost, could start to push loyal customers elsewhere soon.
As I have said before everything was ok, speed, billing, etc until BT came along.
It has definately started to deteriorate recently.0 -
Hi GaryS,
I'm really sorry for the time it's taken for us to resolve this issue. There is a problem ticket open on this and I've just emailed two senior members of staff to see if they can help escalate this issue.
Kind regards,
