well done for getting the blind up it's lovely when it gets off the floor and where it's suposed to be. Last year i went through a stage of trying to get jobs finished which had the bits lying around to do, kept thinking of it being wasted money just sitting there getting dusty

well miemie we had a great holiday althou it rained nearly everyday and ive eaten so much ive put on 5lbs!! But we saw loads of seals which was probabally the highlight of my trip!! Moneywise ive spent about £200 which wasn't too bad although £27.99 of that was a bottle of arran whisky for my dad for xmas.

Ive just paid the minimum payment to the cc of £66.63 which brings it down to £3265.3 now im off my hols and the cars sorted im going to throw every spare penny at paying off this darn card.

Hi cocalls, really glad you had a fab holiday:D, £200 is'nt bad at all and i'm sure your dad will love the whiskey.

You will have that card cleared in no time, especially as you are always so motivated, goodluck.

    Morning all

£3 has come from gren met & ive decided i can last on £200 for the rest of the month as im not doing anything major this month and there's a bit left over in the joint acc so ive transfered £78.43 into the savings account. So the new total is £1334.63 ooohhhh its going down it will be gone in no time i reckon! I'm having a spurt on as the man who came to do the bathroom took one look at our boiler and laughed and asked how old is that?? We knew it was on its last legs when we moved in 7 yrs ago. I think the nxt challenge is to save up for a new boiler (OH wants to take it out of the £5000 we've saved but i so want to hang onto that!)

blimey that savings account is racking up. Mine is ok this month cos i've been pulling it all together into one account but all i can count on for a while is £100 - £200 though to get rid of this loan by this time next year it has to be at least £200
