shower was great thanks hypno but ive only come down with blooming swine flu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It came on really quickly earlier i woke with a cough and sore throat but thought id be ok but gt progressivly worse ive come home now and fell asleep for a bit. Oh needs to get tamiflu but cant get away from work boooo.

Still dont feel great but i dont have a temp now at least, the bathman has just left after finishing off the jobs he missed off so the bathrooms now finished at last just need to paint it now but im too ill may try it friday see how i go.

Grassroots mystery shopping rang earlier to ask if id do a mystery shop today told them i had swine flu but i managed to get her to change my email address which was the reason i couldn't log on as it was using a v old email address so at least i can start doing mystery shops again. Also answered a survery with lightspeed and will get a chance to try a product hurah and get 500 points for it. all good.

Feeling so much better even managed to paint the bathroom!!!!!!!
OH is going away for the week end for his mates stag do-what ever happened to spending the night in the pub they're off to the lake for clay pigeon shooting & go karting. ho hum ive got nothing planned so will try & get more DIY done.

Tried the 4p sainsburys curry sauce last night which was actually quite nice and tonight im going to make gnocci (mashed pots with flour what can go wrong?) v frugal, wont buy anything until mon when Oh gets back so should have a cheap week end!

gnocci not good was too mushy ive put some in the fridge so hopefully it'll harden up for my tea later. As the bathroom is finished im slowly clearing the kitchen of the junk god will this ever end!!!!

managed to find a very nice dress for the wedding in a few weeks that OH is going to stag do for the weekend (sorry not v good english that was it-you'd never guess i have a degree in english would you ha ha!) for the fab sum of £2.99 from a charity shop it's dark blue with white spots and looks great and covers a multitude of sins!

i know i love charity shops the only problem is that i have no other blue things to go with it-i have a black blazer,shoes & handbag which doesn't look to bad with it but navy & black isn't a great combination or ive seen some navy shoes in m&s for £19.50 which i can also start wearing for work afterwards, i may get them when i get paid on the 16th.

So yest spent £27.99 on two dresses (thought id better fess up to the other one but in my defence i think ive only spent £30 on clothes this yr so i desperatly needed some new ones) and unexpectadly i arranged to meet my family for lunch so i scoured the MSE board to find cheap vouchers but the only one i could find that was valid for bank hol week ends was GBK the burger place and someone had given it a terrible write up so luckily we found a lovely thai place which was doing meals for 5.50 plus drink which was delicious and so much nicer than a nasty chain.

The gnocci turned black in the fridge!!!!!! It didnt cover it but id never seen potatos turn black. Luckily id kept some extra pots so poured my tom sauce on those with parmasan-it was a filling yet frugal meal.

Spent last night doing surveys im up to 40000 points on Tonula only 20000 to go!!!!!!

Its amazing what you can do with a tin of chopped tomatoes and fridge leftovers - it has seen me through many a skint week :T

I gave up on Toluna, but OH persevered with them, and got his 60000 last week. He has had a reasonable number of vouchers over the last year or so.......
