Twin 2 is feeling fine, apart from lazy. No sickness so far, which is good as she was very ill all through the last pregnancy, and had a stint in hospital with Belspalsy at around 6 months.
She has been told it "might be a boy", do you know what your having JHA,?
I would love to make something for the baby. (Your one I mean). Naturally I will be making for Twin2's.

Aww thats really kind of you, thanks :grouphug: Glad twin 2 is feeling good. We dont know the baby's sex as it would not co-operate:rolleyes::rotfl:

Hope ds moped will be back on the road soon :D

And Yay to this - "I have told everyone I am only going to help them on one day a week!":T

That peeler looks like a brilliant idea. I shall have to put it on my "wish list"

SuziQ I havent tried Arnica. I vaguely remember my mum gave me some dried leaves once, to put in my bath when I had chipped a bone in my spine when I was assualted many years ago. I am wondering if that was arnica. Is it expensive,? I would like to give it a try, as I am willing to try anything that will help me.

Ysterday evening I decided to go along to the Art Club, so another £3.20p spent. mmmm. Tuesday may become a bit of an expensiv day. Not sure that my budget is currently going to take it. I just hope that Child Benefit and Tax credits are returned when DS gets to college.

I left the washing on the line as it was pitch black when I got home. (That was interesting walking in the dark! I forgot that it would be dark when I left there. I must take a torch with me next time. There isnt any street lighting in the village.

DS is still at home. 2 nights on the trot he's stayed in. His so called best mate decided to be not such a good mate and was abusive and threatening on the MSN on the internet. Even threatening him with family connections in the travelling community that would "do their business" etc. So DS has said that he really has had enough of the lad, and that he was just going to step back. Well I really am hoping that it was just a load of stupid childish threats. DS doesnt really know what it was all about, but he thinks its to do with DS's girlfriend.!!! mmmmm

This morning I have to go to the working Links back to work interview. Seems like its every month!!!?
Not looking foreward to it because the woman just wants to waffle about her experiences!.
Right I am struggling to type this, and the keyboard is not responding to my touch some of the time. So it looks like I cannot spell? As a touch typist it is frustrating me as it is slowing me down and I am continually having to back space to retype things.

    Time for my shower.

Shaz I may have to put that on my "wish list".
Had my work focused interview. Really all that the girl could tell me, was that if I start to work, for 15 hours I can earn up to £92 for upto a year! Right well I knew that from her last time. She said she will sendme the information about Business lInks, and then she could talk to a Buisness advisor from Barclays about whether or not I can have a business again.! I think that the kind people on here have pointed me into the right direction more quickly and efficiently then she has been.
I actually was given the notes from my last meeting today. But her computer was down so she couldnt do anything for me except write down notes about how I am feeling now.
The only thing that I could get out of her was that they have a disgretionary fund that can help people with start up costs, either clothing or equipment for a business. So for example they could reimburse me up to £150 for materials etc if I make Mooloo a proper business. But I have to supply them with the receipts, and get the refund by BACS, or she can Buy the things on her card for me! So that could be quite interesting.
The rest of the day was spent doing jobs for/with the twins. One at a time. But at least my arm is not as bad as it would have been with driving the automatic. The rest of me, is still a bit achey, so tonight its just relax a bit.
DS is not hungry yet, so I cannot be bothered to cook the dinner. I may have some soup and toast later.
I managed to get the 4th Issue of the magazine SEW. So I am going to tuck myself into the reclining chair, be naughty and grab a cold beer, and bury my nose into the magazine.
Tomorrow I will stay at home. Potter in the kitchen and make use of the avalanche of apples that we have. (Getting sick of them!!).
In the afternoon I hope to get my sewing head back on.

dS wants to borrow my laptop to chat on MSN to his mates so I am off to indulge myself. Night night all.

How about putting dusk to dawn light bulbs in your outside lights as well as taking a torch with you?

I havent got a working outside light.! I shall have to investigate, but I cannot reachit. Perhaps I can borrow a ladder from the neighbours and investigate. Perhaps thats a job to give DS today. Its quite strange to have him around as much as he has been the last few days, but in a nice way.
I have noticed that he isnt eating properly though, hes not touching the fruit and is not hungry when its meal times. (The snacks that have been lurking in he back of the cupboard are all gone!). So I will have to try and makesure he is getting the right things as he is shooting upwards. Cereal and milk is the only thing I see he eats on a regular basis!.
I indulged myself with some fruit and nut a cold beer and my Sewing magazine. Then Ispent some time writing my diary. (or journal as some would call it).
It got me thinking about how long I had been writing these books and that I feel as if I am still going around in the same circles! so as I knew that the very first book that Ireally started to write in was in the cupboard in the utility room, I went and dug it out, and started to read bits of it again.
I was pregnant with DS at the time. Money and paying bills, and having got too deep into debt was then!. The cost of food, budgeting etc was the first thing I noticed. Trying to find time to organise all the children and the house, ready for the new baby. The wish list for renovations etc and in the first few pages I felt as if I was actually reading a diary of the last few months not 17 years ago!!!!
I have even got an entry on the 20th August 1992 that lists the price of everything in the shopping list.!
10lb of potatoes were 99p!. My bread was 39p Icecream was 69p. Honey roast ham was £1.45!!!! 2pts milk was 58p!.

So actually with the value lines that are available now, we are not really paying that much more for some of the things, and a lot less for others!.

I wasted a lot of money on insurance policies, that I had to cancel as being pregnant for my 4th child I needed to buy all he equipment for him. (Twins stuff long gone).
I seem to have had the same plans/ideas/ and determination to actually get Organised then I do now. So Oh dear! I never did succeed for long!.
Iwas bringing in sewing and was the treasurer of the local playgroup. Iwas selling AVon.!
There is a paragraph that really hit home to me, 27th December 1992, we were broke, all accounts were empty and the main account was overdrawn. I was low, and worried that I had had 12 years of this missery already, and that other half was just useless with money and had gone and ordered a garage on finance!.I was struggling with the winter blues/baby blues/ and was trying to focus and get myself ready for the new years resolutions for 93
##So not a lot has changed except that just over a year later I was seperated and doing it all on my own!.

Oh yes please. I think that most of the bits of ribbon I have have come from packaging from Mr Primarni :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Its quite expensive to buy, and yet its free with a £4 fleece and a £2 pair of PJ's. ( Not saying yours were that price!!).
I have plans to turn the belt that you also put in, into a trim or a handle on a handbag. The ribbons will probably go on lingerie or baby clothes.

I so wanted to do some creating this afternoon, but DS's bike was ready, so we went to get that, and then I went to collect my Dads prescription. Got caught talking by their neighbour, and before I knew it it was after 5pm.
I have been continuing with the washing, and drying, and I have peeled and cored, etc 3lb of apple (after the peeling), and left in sugar and ginger layers ready for making the jam tomorrow.
Currently have the dinner on, good old mince, potatoes and green beans.
DS is back home and still upstairs on his Xbox. Its good to have him around. even if hes not in the same room as me much. Its comforting to know that he is around. And of course it means that i am not worrying about where he is!!:rotfl:
