I will ask the kids they will probably know.

There is a very good boot sale on a Saturday morning at Finmere Market on the outskirts of Buckingham. The only thing is Im not sure if its running over the winter x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Mooloo, definitely get your underlay online. It's about a quarter of the price they will charge you in a carpet shop! You can afford to get a much better quality which in turn will make your carpet last longer.

I am struggling today. Not as bad as I thought when Igot up though, thank god.
Took DGD to playgroup, and did the basic shopping at Mr T, with DS. He spent his money on an Xbox game. I bought a small trainset for DGS1 for his birthday. Want to get him a play tent as well. But we will see.
I had about an hour to myself, and I rested.
DGD is collected now and lunch done. Alas Ihave the bank appointment to go and sort out with her Mum this afternoon.
    Dread it. I really do.
On the bonus side when I went around earlier Twin1's downstairs at least was all tidy! It looked quite good. (One of her friends was staying so she obvioulsy helped her).
Better try and do something constructive now.

I am wondering if i can get a carpet fitter sorted out, and then get stuff off of the internet. I shall be looking when I get back, but I seem to be on hold, as without a definite date to get into the new house, I cannot buy stuff to be delivered there. I am very frustrated as Christmas is going to be upon us and I want a lovely home not a shambles. So things are not going as well as I want. But I should be and I am, grateful that they are not rushing it, and bodging it up.
Time I have to go and sort out the bank for twin1. Well the start o it.

  • Mooloo, I have moved a couple of times near Xmas and in my experience, as long as you can get a tree up, it will feel xmassy :-). Nothing else is really needed. Even a small one is enough.

Good luck with the new home.
Eat food, not edible food-like items. Mostly plants.
