Looks like I will have quite a few things to take pictures of when BF gets here tomorrow. Lets pray he remembers the camera. !
I have cut out the trousers for grandson, but I am having problems with the set up of my overlocker, so something that I would probably have finished by now, is still only cut out!.
Time for lunch then I will get back to it!. I am determind to make them today.
(Just incase DS comes home and can take them over for me).

This website http://www.allfreecrafts.com/knitting/bag.shtml was mentioned on the oldstyle board a very long time ago. Pictures and full instrucions on how to do it.
Good luck with your overlocker Mooloo - hope it's easily fixed.

Gosh, the ironing side of this seems to be a bit of a work load! Mine is just stretchy, like a string/nylon bag my mum had many years ago. But I might try it. Need to get a circular needle though to follow this one.!.

Earlier I saw the neighbour out on his sit down mower, and I was a bit cheeky and I asked him if it was possible for him to help me and do mine, as I usually borrow my dads mower, but as my car is off the road, I cannot get it. Parents being in France. He said he would try, depended on how wet it was.
I can just hear him out there now. My garden sides onto the joint drive, with no fences.
So the garden will not look so bad.
I am not up to digging anymore though, as I have used the arm quite a lot today.
I have made the combat trousers for my grandson, really quite pleased with them. Just need to do the elasticated waist line. But cant find the box with elastic in. I know its somewhere I remember the twins using the elastic for hair scrunchies!!. Must ask them if they know where they are.>
Ah missing DS has just come in.

I cut them into about 1 1/2" strips, spiraling around from the bottom to the top, and then when I have a long strip, I jst use it as if it was wool. Can get a bit of the colour printing on the hands, but the effect of the colours is a bit like random wool. It is a bit of a slog, but I tend to sit watching TV and knit so I dont really notice the time.

A picture would be brilliant, thanks

I am hoping that my BF will bring his digtal camera over tonight, and then in the morning I will do my best to find a way of taking photos and getting them onto oneof the sites that MSE will accept. I have tried to put a picture on before without any luck. But I am not that technically minded at themoment.
DS was here for all of 5 minutes, but he did bring me some bread and milk.
The frugal world is rubbing off, he brought two loaves, from the reduced range, at 49p a loaf:T:A
I am spending the morning having a blitz. Last night I got a second wind and blitzed the kitchen, which then has flagged up that things are a bit of a mess inthe rest of the house. (While I was searching for the various things I wanted while I was sewing.). As nothing has really had set place since I moved in
Kitchen looks a lot bigger now I have sorted that out.
Strugged to wake up this morning, but I have had my shower and started again.
Bathroom is done. Just having a quick rest before I get on to the bedroom.
I think I better leave the dinning room till last, as thats where all the sewing is!.
