I think you're right and you need to see one of the doctors as a matter of some urgency. From all your posts, I've thought that your health problems seem to have got worse over the last several months, and thinking back to how you were when you were working in the shop, a lot worse.
Can you get DS to do some more around the house, to lighten the load ? Actually, in your shoes I'd be telling him. Can Biggest have DGD this weekend to let you have a break and a rest?
You must be feeling pretty bad to not be able to make yourself something decent to eat. Toast won't hurt for once but you need some good grub inside you to keep your strength up, not just for you but also so you can care for DGD well.
Have a good night's sleep tonight, and I hope you feel a bit better tomorrow.
My health has been worse, when we were in the old house, but its been a while since I felt this bad!.
I have used my "spoons" driving DS around I think. Well the extra is not helping me. 85 miles a day if he has to go to college!. But its not the distance, its the times, 2 hours in the morning and an hour an a half roughly in the afternoons. 45 minutes is really my optimum time before the spoons get burned!
Biggest of mooloo is moving out of her flat this weekend. Normally she would have DGD but she is moving into her "inlaws" so to speak, as they have not secured another property.
DS is a waste of space and didnt do the work I asked him to do, except make his bed and put the laundry in the bathroom. The otherjobs I realised when I got back he hadnt done. I was hoodwinked again. Turns out my neighbours in thier 70's put my bin out for me!.
But the recycling wasnt done.
Anyway, I will call for an appointment. I want the problems I have been having recorded if nothing else.
I am sure that the difference is the extradriving and the stress factor of the latest occurances.
Going to take DGD up now. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I hope you feel better tomorrow! Make sure you try to contact the doctors tomorrow again.0

Morning,
Still a little jaded, taken my tablets, waiting for them to work. But I do feel slightly, no, a lot better then I did yesterday. I do have a lot of back ache, so will be careful of my posture today. But I do not have to go out today. Which should help. Although the stress levels are higher then in a while, I am doing the "exercises" to reduce them. Bit of mind games with myself so to speak. The signs of depression/stress need to be handled first. Then I can deal with the rest of the problems. Slowly slowly, and one thing at a time.
The builders will arrive any minute to point the front of the cottage. Alas when they put up the scaffolding they completely demolished the plants. My rose bush, that was, 6ft high has been leveled. The beautiful flowers gone. Whether it will recover or not will depend on what rubbish gets dropped on them I suppose. But the cracks in the house were massive, and do need sorting. Needed sorting last year when I moved in. Will try and grab the man, (he is the same man that came to look at the draughtproofing last year) and ask him if he still intends to do it, along with the windowsills or not!
Right I better go and get our breakfast. DGD is eating a bananna at the moment. She is mad about Bananna's and grapes. Then apples. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Mooloo just an idea but would it be possible for you to insure DS as a learner driver? Then he could do at least some of the driving to college every day under your supervision! I remember you mentioning he had a moped so he must have some driving skills already...I understand this may induce a whole new level of stress though!0

Alas I cannot afford to put him on the insurance as it is thousands of pounds, and as I cannot get credit (due to the bankrupcy in 2007,) I cannot find that kind of money upfront. Otherwise I would be pushing him to get lessons and a car etc in the near future. Also my car is an automatic,so perhaps he needs to learn in a manual car first? When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Its terrible the cost of insurance for youngsters my lad paid 2.5k for his if i add him to my £80 policy its an extra £1300 .....i understand the need to make new drivers safer but this just makes them more likely to drive without any (in my opinion)
Hope you feeling better still missus*****

I am certainly feeling better then I was yesterday.! Thanks for asking.
I have not been out at all today. Except to the garden to check on the size of the courgettes!
I have done some washing, and been on the laptop alot. I have ordered my diary and budgeting stuff for the new term and into next year. Its a bit of an indulgence, but I had one in 2009 and things were so much easier to keep track of. So I thought sod it, I am having one again this year.!
I also ordered my Mr A delivery for tomorrow evening.
Although I will probably not have any family home to help me put it away! But you cannot have everything.
Got through to ESA to check why I am on the contributions based an not the income based ESA, and apparantly I am entitled to both, but as I am getting Tax credits for the working as a foster carer, I get more money if I am on contributions based. i.e. they do not deduct the Tax credits amount. (but they would if I was only on the other, very confusing! and messes up my aplications for othr benefits, so they are going to send out a letter for me, to use with the relevant people and then I should get my NHS exemption Cert back for a start.
DGD slept for 2 hours plus this afternoon, so I had some respite in te day, but it meant a much later bath and bedtime story tonight. She is not asleep yet, but at least she went to bed without too much fuss.
I am now going to sort myself out and get too bed aswell.
I just wish I could live on the bus route for DS!
He is back in tow with his mates. As usual. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Mooloo, when he does start learning to drive you might find that his instructor can give him access to a policy which is only for learner drivers. We were paying £100 for 28 days for DS3. No use at all once he passes, but perhaps worth bearing in mind.
Although you're right, he probably would do better to learn (and therefore practise) in a car with manual gears.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Oh my friends doing that too, insuring her 17 year old for 28 days at a time. Good for her as hes nearing his test so suits rather than adjusting a whole policy.
Maybe all or most insurars do it now. Worth a call.Bringing up 2 handsome boys and 1 gorgeous girl the MSE way!Joseph born 19th December 2001Matthew born 8th August 2007Tara born 23rd January 20110 -

Dear Lord I hope my daughter's instructor doesn't let her know about this, I've been trying every excuse I can to keep her away from my steering wheel :eek:Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0
