If I was you I would now be phoning ss every ten minutes until someone does something!.Its also time for a formal letter of complaint to the head of the department who is "dealing" with both cases.
I think you should contact ofsted too to report the terrible lack of support you and your family have suffered at the hands of these idiots.

I know you have so much on your plate and dont need more to do ,but I think its the only way you are going to stop them neglecting their duty of care to you and your whole family.
    Hugs....

Now I have just received a parking fine of £70 for overstaying in Morrisons!. So I wont be shopping there again!

Mooloo .... don't pay the parking fine!!!

Have a look on the motoring board but most of these car park fines are not legally enforcable. It's not something to worry yourself about immediately, come back to it once you've sorted out the kids, but don't give them a penny in the mean time.

Oooops sorry, hadn't noticed the other posts in my haste to reply to you :o

they have a place for the boys but now are chasing mum to get a signature to allow the placement. just rung me to say they couldnt reach her. so I rang, got her straight away. Told her to answer the phone to them!.
Now it means an early tea for the toddlers and gather their stuff as its going to be around 5.-6pm till they come to us! Wonderful.
I am relieved. I am also heart broken as its not going to be easy to hand them over, but it is in thier best interests at the moment.

DS has gone to his friends in LB, via good old granddad. My Dad has come to the rescue again. Bless him.
My Mum has been ill this week, so its been a very tough one

Now I need to give a routne list for them.

I dont have the energy to write all these letters, suggested. I will get the Solicitors to do it on my behalf next week.!

Re the carpark. It can wait. a few days anyway.

    Oh Mooloo,
I suspect that you are relieved in one respect but sad in another. Its baby steps - dont think too far ahead! Hugsx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Lots of letters is a chore. One letter might be manageable. Send it to everyone your can find an e-mail address for.

It would probably be very useful if someone looked up 'chapter and verse' about why Mooloo doesn't have to pay the parking ticket, and write a letter for her if she needs to do that to stop them sending 'reminders'.

I know that's something which can wait, but it's also something very straightforward for which we don't need to know very much ...

Would do it myself but about to go.

They have just come and taken the boys away. i am gutted that its come to this. i really am struggling to keep myself together, DGD is wanting to know why granny is sad/crying and wanted to know where her cousins are going.? The said are they going to see thier Daddy? So I said yes. Thought that that was easiest.
The SW said that she had arranged contact for Twin2 to see them on Thursday, but Twin2 said she is going to go away tomorrow afterall. !
So it looks like she has not listened to me again.
But the lady did say she would try to arrange for me to see them instead. Will let me know on Tuesday.
