Mooloo do you have a solicitor /qualify for legal aid?. Sorry if this has been asked before and I havent time at the mo to read back! Can the CAB help or some other family charity....anyone?
I think its time to protect yourself and the children from what is turning into a complete farce regarding the SS. I am completely baffled by the whole situation and cant begin to imagine the turmoil you are going through.
    Hugs again and take care.
I have done a quick search and hope you may find some sort of help .....

Mooloo, I bet if they are forced to place the boys somewhere else, they will soon have all the correct paperwork in place - they have pushed you into taking them because it is the easy way out and involves little actual paperwork or hassle to them - only to you and it appears that they don't really care about you & your circumstances as long as you have the children so they don't have to go to any bother of placing them in a formal foster care placement.

I hope that SS are paying kinship money for the period of time from yesterday til whenever your grandchildren leave your care.
Good luck. I have nothing but admiration for you. I also suffer with my back and can't imagine being in your position. The thought of it scares me. Best wishes. xxx

    Morning,
DGS1 was the first to wake at 6.30. Well he woke several times in the night lost his dummy, tied up in knots in his blanket, and wanting juice. So a disturbed night. Although I gave in again, and went to bed at around 9pm. Leaving the baby with DS and twin1. Twin1 did his last feed before going to bed.
I was feeling as if I was 90 and bent over double by the time I went to bed.
I did get out around 7.30 to go and vote, and to quickly visit twin2 and make sure that she knows that if they give her anything to sign, that she must write beside her signature "without legal advice" or help.
    Just in case.
Her new BF, said that he wanted to be told what was going on the other night, so that he could be able to re explain it to her later, but they would not talk to him as he was not the childrens father, or the noted partner of Twin2. He did seam quite a nice lad, but its early days. He has got to go back to Wales tomorrow. She want s to go with him, but I have advised her that its not right. That she must be around for meetings and to sort out her access and to know what is needed of her to sort things out and get the kids back.
Then I came back home, and really collapsed into bed!
I just thank god that twin2 and DS were here. There is no way I could have done it without them
I am hoping that I get some answers earlier this morning rather then later. I shall start ringing and asking questions, at 10am, as that will have given them an hour in the office to catch up with what ever they are doing, etc etc and time to have rung up the placement teams.
Otherwise I have a logistics nightmare to get DS to LeightonBuzzard later today.!

kids are now fighting, so I better go to the rescue. Was hoping to see when the tesco sale was on, but I obviously didnt register correctly. Would have got some clothes ordered for the children but never mind.
    Got to go.

    Ha thats a laugh.
They said they are not "accommodated" intheir eyes they are visiting me! Ha, so its an arguement all the way with them.
I dont think I will worry that much about funding for just two days.
But if at any future date they have to come to me, (If I live in bigger accommodation etc) then I will not take them in unless it is in writing!.
I do not trust the system that this particular council is working too.

Unfortunately I do not feel like an angel. I feel like a complete and utter failure that I couldnt get the right care for the twins before any children came along, and that the powers to be never listened to me. That the family couldnt stay together with help. That I am too poorly to cope.
I am lurching from feeling like giving everything up, to trying to be strong for the twins and the grandchildren.
My holiday at the end of next week cannot come soon enough for me.
Then I feel as if I am leaving a sinking ship, too one of just total dispair!.
I am not feeling very kind to god at the moment. But I suppose I will get over that eventually. Just not today.
I feel the government has a load of stupid policies, and rules and regulations that get in the way of real life and that the "care in the community" is a load of c0ck and bull to fob us all off.
I am angry with the system. I am angry with the twins and I am angry with myself for not managing.
