That's the spirit! You made me chuckle there.

I used to have a sense of humour! It just seemed to have evaded me of late!

Now, its working out what we will need to furnish, and fit up a 2 bedroomed house, and time to search on Freecycle as soon as she gets the keys. I dont have anywhere I can store her things. (or her sisters either).
My parents may come back of holiday to a garage full of our stuff if it goes wrong again!
I shall miss my daily chats with my mum on MSN over the next few weeks. But lets hope that we are on the way through the mire and the flowers start to blossom.

At least i can manage to make her curtains, or alter any that we have lurking around here.
The thing that I have to search out, probably go to BHF Furniture shop, for a sofa. Thats what is the most urgent. Then a proper bed for her. But I hope that we are going to be able to get her sorted out soon.
Although I shall be on the back foot here, and let her sort out what she wants.

Have been over on the sewing forum, got a link to sewing programme on the BBC and have just been having a squint at it. Gosh, it takes me back. I used to make the things they are talking about on the show. I wore the blouse from the pattern to my brothers wedding in 1981!!! ( Couldnt havebeen the wedding, must have been the Christening, the following year!)
Mind you fashion looks a bit dodgy now. I think it was quite frumpy! And I was only 19 years old. Used to think a lot of my stuff was like Princess Diana.. we were the same age. 3 weeks older then me she was.

I was like that, I wore things then that I'd regard as "old women's clothes" now....and don't get me started on my wedding dress _pale_

Mooloo - there may be a Community Furniture Service in her area, which can be free or even cheaper than a charity outlet. SW will have details.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I think that I will print that off Errata, and stick it under the social workers nose!. Both social workers.
