    Action plan for today.

Drop DGD at my Mothers, while I go to the doctors.
have cup of tea and a natter with Mother, to update on latest events.
Visit twin2 and take her to pay her rent. (Make sure she doesnt get into arrears again.). Do a bit of pottering to keep her uptodate, if necessary..
Contact Twin1 and work out when she is coming this week, as with Twin2's BF staying at hers, I doubt she can leave him on his own there? So the delemma I have is now that twin2 is back at the hostel am I supposed to offer to put him up here? But I really dont want to have him here, having said that that means that twin1 may not come to see DGD at all this next week?
Will iron it out at my Mum's before I make any phonecalls. Havent heard from twin1 since we were there on Saturday, and she didnt really mention her daughter not coming with us. (Being with Biggest of Mooloo's for the weekend).
DGD is just having her breakfast, and I just looked up to see her putting her cereal onto the top of her toast! Ricecrispies and marmite on toast! new one on me.!

I have to contact twin1 and let her know that I shall be applying for the child benefit etc. It does mean that they will stop paying her, before they start my application, and that means for a few weeks, I will probably not be able to get any money, as she will not be able to give me the £50 she has been giving me as she will not be getting it. So I have to let her know whats happening.
(Advised by social worker for me to apply for it at the moment, then transfer to biggest of Mooloo once the court papers are in order. But will I get the money with no court ruling in my favour? Oh well I suppose we will find out soon enough.

Thanks. I want to experiment and make her a similar one, but thats reversible, as she is wearing a lilac blouse and Deep Purple velvet jacket in the evening. But I am not sure I have enough time to do it, having DGD. I dont sew often enough.
But I am thinking about getting a bamboo handle or a chain one so that it works. Grand ideas!.

I did ring child benefit, and got to download a form off the internet.
Rang tax credits, and they are sending me a pack. As DGD is only 2, and its based on my income last year, I would get about £90 a week for her!!! I wish I had known that 14 weeks ago! I would not have struggled so much! Aggrh!! all that to just keep Twin1 from getting into debts.
But that is just an estimate by the man on the phone. so it may well be wrong!

Oh that bag is lovely - you are creative x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Yes a fantastic bag, well done.

With regards to Child Tax Credits, whats gone has gone. Really social services should have told you that you could claim it.

Try not to worry about it.

I wonder if they would back date it? Can you claim it was a social worker error that the claim remained in your daughters name?

I forgot to say.... I love the bag. The idea of a reversable one sounds fantastic! I'm sure that your mum will love it. x
