She just paid for the other shoes and told me her solicitor would be writing to us formally.
Just reply "I look forward to it!"
What a douchebag! Can't say ebay doesn't give us a few laughs now and then!Wins: Avene Protective Hydrating Cream; 2 x Calvin harris Tickets @ iTunes Festival.

once my brother sold party balloons on ebay (they were enopened left over from childs birthday party) and on the bag it said 100 balloon, The bider payed I think 60p plus 50p P&P so £1.10 in total and when he got the he counted the sealed bag of balloons and said there was only 98.
And started threatening him with the law, private court ect, puting wrongfull things on my brothers ebay account.
My brother contact ebay himself and they had not told this person half what he was saying they had told him.
Some people need to get a life, I'm sure there's another pair of shoes online.
No offence i'm sure your were loverly but they were just a pair of shoes.
I wouldn't worry to much about this person. it just sounds like she's trying to scare you.

Threads like this really frustrate me. You ask for advice, you're given really good advice and you and your OH ignore it and do the total opposite.
Did you honestly think for a second she could take you to court because she didn't win that item?? Do you not understand how ebay works at all? Madness. Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies

Just one thing to clarify please, has your boyfriend opened up any form of reclaim for FVFs?

Well what can I say, I've just read some of her feedback and this is the kind of ebayer that I hope to avoid!
It's funny how she thought the bad f/b she'd received wasn't fair as the people who left it hadn't contacted her beforehand...hmmm, then just look at some that she'd left (alot!). Anyway, after reading that lot I would definately take her bids off my future items...that's for sure, more hassle than it is worth.
