Threatened with solicitor action as buyer did not win auction

I've checked the first page of her feedback as a buyer, one seller shouting, and misusing the system, then a reasonable response, her first page of feedback left for others all +ve.
Then checking the other seller that left a false +ve, all shouting, all fairly abusive to their other neg's as well.
I'm with shelovestobuystuff at the moment.0 -
Hahaha, the funniest thing about this seller is she goes on and on about overcharging for postage, but look at hers!!?

Oh!I was missing something then,I just scanned for the reds and greys:o.Thanks.Looks like if ebay had not stopped sellers from leaving negs/neutrals a few people would have been suspended long ago.
Many of the sellers she was rude or argumentative with too. There are a lot of neg comments to and fro and I see lots of retaliation going on."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
Wow this is hilarious, her solicitor, if there is one, must be rubbing their hands with glee and thinking, what an easy catch this one is, money for nothing! just ignore, if indeed it is taken to a solicitor, which I doubt, Ebay can confirm that you did not cancel any bids - it is clearly shown on the auction page if you did. What an absolute joke0

You should never bay just look at the percentage when researching seller/buyer. do a search on goofbay or toolhaus and also read both pos and negs. She sounds like a bit of a nightmare0 -
I didn't say I'd buy, or sell to her, I just pointed out the sellers mis-using the system are just as bad, I'd avoid them as well, and leave them all to get on with it together.
No-one forces you to accept a bid do they, I thought a seller could randomly decide to cancel anyway, just as I can choose who I bid off?
And if they didn't cancel, I also have had enough keystrokes go missing over the internet to know it's not 100% anyway,0 -

Thanks for posting these site names.I used goofbay to look up my own ebay stats as I am absolutely rubbish at book-keeping and when I take my stock costs off I have made a £2.50 loss over the last 3 months(almost break even but not good enough),ebay however have made almost £200 in fees off me.
Guess what?I quit!Going to get a real job now:o.
Oh no its worse than that as I have still to deduct paypal fees!!!"Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -

It's very easy to be nasty and insulting to people on the internet, isn't it? I am not thick, I'm just someone who has plenty to deal with without adding people threatening me with legal action to my day. I came on here seeking advice, not slights on my mental acuity.0
