And unfortunately a genuine buyer has lost out on her item as a result. I think you are lucky the buyer who won the auction has been so reasonable about it.

She has items for sale, why don't we all buy one each and then claim its wasn't as described and threaten legal action for fun, she can't leave us negatives and if we pay we are untouchable.

If you look at her feedback she's received quite a few bad ones (but oh wait, ebays no negatives for buyers means you cant see until you look through ) and she's also neg/neutral happy if you look at what she leaves everyone else! Such a !!!!. It even seems like she says a lot of items don't turn up... hrm. (This is why recorded is my saviour!)

Ew ew ew, that woman is vile! You'd think with all the bad luck she's had on ebay and the high postage costs, she'd have jacked it in by now!!

It looks like the original name and shame post from the OP has been removed...

But I agree with lisawood - why should anyone drop to their level and risk their own account?

I thought half term had finished!?

How are you judging if she has bought anything or not? by feedback left? not everyone leaves feedback now, especially sellers, since ebay removed a sellers right to leave honest, true feedback in all cases i find that they have cheapened the system and it is not worth my time, i only leave feedback now if a buyer requests it.

It is no longer a true reflection on buyers or sellers because sellers can only leave positive feedback and too many buyers are leaving unjustified neg for a variety of frivolous or malicious reasons, Ebay may as well scrap the feedback system in my opinion.

Quite the opposite, I believe the feedback system is now better, buyers can now leave honest feedback about sellers with the 'revenge' neg back.

As for sellers can't leave honest feedback, yes they can, you have 3 options.

Positive - they pay quickly etc
leave nothing - they are slow to pay and/or rude, but do complete.
    NPB - They don't pay.

As mentioned some sellers use to hold feedback until you left positive feedback, if you werent happy and gave them a negative they would give you one back despite the fact you where friendly and paid quickly.

I do believe ebay need to monitor both sides, a seller recieving too many negs can lead to them having problems or a ban which is fair enough, on the flip side ebay should flag the buyers who seem to leave more negatives than positives and review why this is happening.

not sure i agree totally with that, since leaving no feedback and opening a NPB dispute are not forms of feedback.

The emergence of "feedback blackmail" only goes to show that buyers are equally guilty of abusing the feedback system as sellers were with the "revenge neg" and so i don't see the logic in removing a sellers right to leave feedback and i don't see how the feedback system retains much credibility anymore.
