This is definitely the most funniest thread ever on MSE!

When my hubby worked nights we'd sometimes have a "special goodbye" upstairs before he left . We'd leave our toddlers downstairs with a video of Postman Pat/Fireman Sam. And on one occasion, one of the kids came crawling up the stairs - the tape had stuck- so we quickly threw the covers over ourselves. Anyway - kid appeared in the doorway and proceeeded to jump onto his Dad's back, yelling "Daddy! I want a ride!!!!!!"

We finished the deed with me on my back, hubby on top of me, kid on top of him.........oh my God!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

We still smile about it now that the kids are 18 and at uni - but they have never ever mentioned it and we have never prompted them about it. Kid was about 2 years old at the time - so we can't be sure whether he would or wouldn't remember but I'm sure I don't want to find out, ha! ha!

Honestly - it was real!
We were nearly "done" when we heard our kid on the stairs so that's why we had to scramble underneath the covers quickly and by then, we were even more "nearly done", if you see what I mean, and that's when our kid jumped on top of his Dad and we had to finish the deed like that!!! Should explain that hubby,when the kids were little, used to play with them by crawling on all fours on the floor whilst giving the kids a ride on his back, hence the "Daddy! Can I have a ride?" comment. :rotfl::rotfl:
