Son has just bought his first home and moves in at the weekend. Guess what I've got for him as a new home pressie.................................Stardrops and microfibre cloths of course :D:D . Oh what a clever Mummy - he will be pleased! ;):D :A

    EDIT:
Just had a read back and realised I should also buy him a spray bottle, bicarb and some white vinegar. OMH he will be so pleased.............................I doubt! :) Anything else remind me please! lol

Now this is interesting, because a lot of us have found it doesn't work great for limescale marks. Did you use neat or diluted?

BTW, do you think we ought to be taking out shares or even getting rewards from the manufacturer? Bet its orders have gone up massively in the last few months!

SD took the limescale streaks off my shower doors too when my usual washing up liquid and bleach wouldn't shift it.

I would be scared to use it on my cream leather sofas! are you sure it was ok? Won't it dry the leather out or am I totally off track. I must go out and buy some:o

stardrops is brill on leather,my sister uses it on a cream leather sofa with a white microfibre cloth.......

OMG the dirt  :o :rotfl:

i was the more sensible sis and have a choc brown leather sofa ;)

thats the thing i love about SD its tough enough to clean deep down ,get stains out of clothing etc but its gentle at the same time ,doesnt damage fabrics etc :j :D
  • I will have to try it on my leather sofas. Thanks Rachie B:beer:

i used it diluted....and i would never ever get cream leather suite again....any dark colour in clothes (eg jeans ) leave a blue dye on seats....had also used lux flakes. but was at the stage where didnt really care if it ruined tge suite as it was soo grubby....

have been looking for this for ages...finally found a few bottles lurking on a shelf behind a column in asda. obviously news of this cleaner has not reached this neck of the woods. have to say I am impressed both with the price 56p for such a large bottle....and most important its very efficient! well impressed. wont be spreading the word round here...only four bottles left on the shelf ;) best kept a secret i fear!!

    Hi there.

My DS cannot keep his white school tops clean. I soak and scrub, use Vanish etc.

The big problem is whiteboard marker stains - anyone know if SD will shift them? He's only been back at school for 2 weeks and has ruined 3 tops already!
