  • I went to home bargains and they had stardrops (in a round bottle) and concentrated stardrops (in a flattish squarey type bottle)
what's the difference (apart from 7p)
i bought some anyway and some starclen and am actually quite excited about cleaning now!
I don't think there is any difference apart from the packaging.

Home Bargains in Walsall had all three flavours, the cloudy lemon, the bright lemon and the green

The round bottles were cheaper too (might be old stock) and a few of the old glass bottles rather than the plastic ones so was a very happy bunny (don't like buying plastic bottles as i can't recycle them)

Don't know whether the Stardrops message has got round here yet as i never see anyone else buying it

  • Anyone know where I might get some in Cornwall? Tesco don't have it. Is it with the normal cleaning products usually?

I started cleaning. The main problem I have is getting my metal bin and coffee machine and fridge trims proper clean and streak free and they are amazing now! I am so impressed. I also used it to mop the kitchen floor which is the cleanest it's ever been.

I don't think i'll buy anything different ever - i love the stuff and everyone should use it.

Put some baby oil on the metal things now, and they'll keep streak and fingerprint free for longer.

Buffing afterwards (if you'll excuse the phrase;) )with a dry microfibre cloth should just leave enough baby oil to stop the streaks but not attract the dust.

You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Oi you lot - please :heart:GIVE BLOOD  - you never know when you and yours might need it back! 67 pints so far.
  • i used a whole bottle of stardrops at the weekend to clean my decking and patio and wooden furniture. It is absolutley spotless now and ready for a coat of oil :-)
