having never used stardrops yet , do you think it would be suitable for use in a vax instead of their carpet cleaning liquid ?

 stamps feet in a strop!

Cant' get stardrops anywhere round here.

    Am so missing out:rolleyes:

Don't know about the vax, my instructions say not to use anything else because of the foaming problems.

I think someone on the 'stardrops I have seen the light' thread used it in a vax, but I'm not 100% sure. I think I read that they also used fabric conditioner in the collection tank as an anti foamer. Have a look at that thread to see if you can find it - I wouldn't try it unless I was 100% sure as it can foam up quite a lot. I'll find a link to the thread and post it on here in a mo.

Stardrops also cleaned up my old carpet too, last year I had it professionally cleaned it looked great atraight after, next day looked like it did before.

Out of curiosity I tried stardrops, sollution recommended on the back of the bottle and it looks very good. It's quite worn now and is due for changing but stardrops did a very good job.
Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)

i have run out of washing up liquid so i noticed on stardrops it can be used for washing up so i tried it and there is no strong smell as in some liquids as i rinse dishes after washing i think i might just stick to using stardrops

Stardrops on the list for me nothing in there nastier than other cleaning detergents not as pure the eco-friendly ones though. As for microfibre cloth mine got mullered by the terrier who took it for a swim the pond and shredded it The rest is now being used as a pillow by his highness on his bed. What can I say? Back to get some more! And now to clean the pond pump that has a load of orange bits in it!! Don't you just love dogs?
Money - the root of all evil some say.

I added a bit on stardrops into my Bissell and it cleaned my carpet fine.
