    just got back from the gym i swam for half an hour 500m then did 3.5k on the bike. started to feel a bit weak though, think it was the heat so i gave up and got myself some lucozade until i started to feel better and had a slow walk home. Was going to do some sit ups but might leave it till tomorrow morning now.
    so breakfast was the dreaded cheese on toast, lunch was minestrone soup and a bread roll and dinner was a small bit of shepherds pie and veg.
    so a nice hot bath awaits me and an early night i think.

    Evening all!

    Iv had (kinda) another good day!

    B : half a small melon ( galia I think or maybe cantoloupe?)cut into chunks , 2 slices fresh pineapple cut into chunks

    L : Pre packaged salad from Morrisons with rocket, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, small mozzarella balls (Eeeek!) pasta in pesto sauce

    D : Salmon fillet, half pack stir fry veg in 1/2 teaspoon veg oil, soy sauce and chilli flakes

    Packet of blueberries & shape yogurt for later.

    The salad I had for lunch didn't have any calories on it soo I don't know how bad that was but I changed my dinner as I was going to have salmon with savoury rice and veg so saved a few calories there at least.

    Also had 1.5L water, small diet coke and a black coffee.

    Hi all,
    I have had a fairly good couple of days ...... until just now, wnen I ate 2 mars ice cream bars! They are 4 weightwatchers points each, don't know what that is in calories, but not far off half a day's food allowance!
    I am finding it very hard to do any exercise this week, as work commitments mean I'm working each day and then have to do 6 hours at the pc when I get home. The pressure will be off by Friday though, so I should be able to have a fresh start with exercise after my camping trip this weekend. Still feel quite positive, despite the marsbars hiccup!!

    good morning everyone! well dd wasn't well yesterday so i was up in the night with her, i'm shattered this morning so i think the sit ups i was planning won't be happening this morning. it's my mums birthday today too so not sure if that will mean a meal out or not, if it does i will do my best to stick to soup or salad or a jacket potato. i had a sneaky look on the scales and i have lost 1lb since monday so going to keep at it it with my 1 hour exercise a day and trying to keep under 1500 calories. The only thing i am struggling with is my water intake. I never feel thirsty and i can't seem to force it down me so i probably only manage 3/4 small glasses a day sometimes not even that, so must try harder!

    Morning all - off to weigh in this morning - fingers crossed!

    Did the Davina work out yesterday, thought I was going to pass out with the heat so probably not a good idea to do it in the middle of the day on the really hot days!

    Had a good eating day yesterday and walked about 6 miles. Supposed to be meeting my brother for lunch as we are never off work on the same days but I will have either a salad or a jacket potato if I do.

    Hope everyone is well, sun seems to have disappeared today! x x

    Had a rubbish evening, I felt really nibbley so ended up staying up way too late and stuffing my face with about 500 calories. So today I am tired and sluggish, and feel really annoyed with myself. I'm off to the gym later though so hopefully I'll be able to summon the energy to burn off all those extra cals!

    Good luck with the WI Penguin!! I'm sure you'll do fab!

    This new diet plan is not loving me at all - I feel as though I’ve been hungry for about 2 days – and my stomach was swollen up like a big balloon yesterday.

    I’m weighing back down at 9 stone 12 today – so massive improvement on that front at least!

    Although – I was so hungry last night, I cheated and had 2 slices of white toast, with cheese slices and ham on it!

    I’m kinda panicking a bit now – it’s only 4 weeks on Friday ‘til I go to Mexico and it just doesn’t feel achievable to get my body into something resembling fit for a bikini!

    It’s my birthday next week as well! – Should really be excited about that fact – but I’m feeling guilty already about all the extra calories it’s going to involve!

    Sorry – I’m feeling thoroughly fed up with myself today!

    Well done Penguin- I got in at 10.30 last night and was too shattered to even hook up the dvd player so didnt get to do the Davina workout. I went to bed sharpish tho' because I soon got the nibbles ( I always tend to go into snack overload when I am tired.)

    Will try and get to the gym later. Did the school run (walk) this morning which is a 30min round trip.
    Birthdays are just an excuse to eat cake :p

    Ah I just stop eating when I am tired, happy, sad :rotfl:, well done on the loss penguin!
